When you purchase an item on Codester you receive support from the author of the item you have purchased. You will be able to ask for support from the author up to 12 months after purchase. You can ask for support by leaving a message in the support section on the page of the item you have purchased.
The author should be able to give you support within 2 business days after your request. If this is not the case, please contact Codester support. We will see if we can help you.
What is not included in support is:
- Installation of the item.
- Configuration of the environment the item has to work on.
- Support for third-party software.
- Installation of any demo data.
